Historical and hypothetical evidence
AlgosPaid presents Nyx’s trading tools and Bhav’s research with separate evidence and access arrangements. Backtests and simulated records are not live account statements. They may benefit from hindsight, depend on modeled fills and costs, and fail to reflect liquidity, latency, execution, or the financial and psychological effects of real losses. No representation is made that an account will achieve similar results.
Nyx’s System 01 and public forward log
System 01 is listed as a TradingView strategy with alerts, not current automated broker execution. The public live page relays closed trades derived from TradingView alerts on a simulated account; they are not verified brokerage fills. The source estimates commission but does not include slippage in this forward log. Retrieval time is not an alert-pipeline heartbeat, and this site does not independently establish source completeness or that records have never been edited. A closed-trade log is not a live entry service.
Bhav’s research evidence
Bhav’s published records remain historical research, not executable products or proof of research-to-broker parity. Unknown sessions, incomplete sources, varying costs and sizing, selection bias, overfitting, and older cutoffs affect interpretation. Fixed recent windows are descriptive, not promotion criteria or untouched forward evidence. Dollar P&L across different studies is not a like-for-like return comparison.
Substantial trading risk
Futures are leveraged instruments. Losses can be substantial and can exceed an initial investment. Historical or daily-close known-segment drawdown does not bound future or intraday risk. Prop-account simulations are not actual payouts, and a product description does not guarantee compatibility with any firm’s current rules. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for confirming applicable broker and prop-firm requirements.
